Assistance Department – OLD

The Assistance Department provides first and emergency aid, practical and emotional support, consultations, and accompaniment through the entire process. These accommodations are all suited for the needs of each person. Maslan has over 300 active volunteers who have been thoroughly trained in the field of sexual and domestic violence. In their dedicated work they support, accompany and assist the victims and provide a safe environment for them.

• Emergency 24/7 support line staffed by volunteers offering support in 8 languages.
• Online support chat.
• Assistance in medical procedures.
• Legal consultation on criminal and civil proceedings.
• Comprehensive support throughout the process, based on individual needs.
• Operation of an outpatient treatment unit
• Treatment and support groups for the victims, their partners, and their families.
